How it works
Duplex IPTV, also known as DuplexPlay or Duplex.Play, is a lightweight playlist player with groups and favourites. It is worth being clear from the start because a lot of wrong information circulates: as of October 2026 we could only verify official versions for LG webOS TVs (LG Content Store) and for Windows 10 and 11 (Microsoft Store). There is no official app for Android TV, Fire TV, iPhone or Apple TV, and availability on Samsung is unconfirmed.
Supported devices
LG webOS from the TV store (the build dates from 2021) and Windows PCs from the Microsoft Store. If your device is Android TV or Fire TV, use TiviMate or XCIPTV; on Samsung, IBO Player or SmartOne IPTV.
Licence and price
The app is free for 7 days. The publisher does not publish the price after the trial nor an activation website anywhere official (its domain is not operational), so we do not repeat third-party figures: check the amount inside the app before paying. What the official listing does make clear is that it “doesn’t include any content”: you must upload your own playlist.
What you need from Mundovea
Duplex IPTV never asks for a username and password on the TV. The app shows a MAC address (and, depending on the app, a device key); with it you link your Mundovea M3U list to that device following the app’s instructions, and the list appears after restarting the app. We send you the M3U link when your subscription is activated. If you don’t have one yet, start with the free trial or see the pricing; our support can upload the list for you.
Our recommendation
We only suggest it as a second app on an LG or a PC, for its speed and simplicity. As the main player on LG we prefer IBO Player or SS IPTV, which are still updated regularly.
Important note
The application is the video player. The premium subscription provides the stable server and the credentials required to activate the channels.
