How it works
Smart IPTV, or SIPTV, is the veteran app on Samsung and LG TVs, published by NEEDZ (Vilnius, Lithuania). Its workflow is the model many others copied: the app shows the TV’s MAC address, you upload your Mundovea M3U list on siptv.app and the list appears by itself. It ships no channels; the site even asks you “not to pay if you don’t have any channels to use with the application”.
Supported devices
Samsung Tizen from 2019 onwards from the Samsung store (2015 to 2018 models and the E/F/H/J series install via USB; D series and older do not work), LG webOS 3.0 or later from the LG store (with a separate build for Netcast and webOS 1 and 2), and Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV with the Google Play app or the official APK. No iPhone, Windows or macOS version. The publisher warns that the “Smart IPTV” apps on Amazon’s store are fake.
Licence and price (October 2026)
On TVs the app can be tested free and is then activated with a one-off payment of €5.49 per TV (MAC address) on siptv.app; on Android the activation is bought in-app. It is not “about €15” and not a subscription, and we found no official companion apps for phones, so ignore anyone offering them.
What you need from Mundovea
Smart IPTV never asks for a username and password on the TV. The app shows a MAC address (and, depending on the app, a device key); with it you upload the M3U link or file on the “My List” page of siptv.app, and the list appears after restarting the app. We send you the M3U link when your subscription is activated. If you don’t have one yet, start with the free trial or see the pricing; our support can upload the list for you.
Practical tips
If your Samsung no longer shows the app in its store, the publisher documents the USB install. To pay less or manage several TVs, look at SmartOne IPTV; for a free option on LG, SS IPTV.

The application is the video player. The premium subscription provides the stable server and the credentials required to activate the channels.
